Enter the world of Angels & Cowboys where handcrafted wines embrace a refreshingly down-to-earth approach. Launched in 2014, A&C is a collaboration between the founder of Cannonball wines Yoav Gilat, and Northern California graphic designer Michael Schwab. These are hand-crafted, distinctive proprietary wines, sourced from some of Sonoma County’s most prestigious growers in Carneros, Russian River Valley, and Dry Creek Valley. The Angels & Cowboys journey began with a sentimental namesake and an appreciation for down-to-earth wines. Winemaker Ondine and her team draw on traditional as well as progressive winemaking methods, to achieve their highly awarded and standout wine styles. Both the crisp, light Rosé and the robust yet balanced Zinfandel dominant Proprietary Red bear the essence of authenticity. Each exudes quality, an irresistible allure, free from pretension.
