MEET THE WINEMAKER: Rob Paulazzo

Rob Paulazzo covered a lot of ground in his winemaking journey before establishing his eponymous Riverina based business in 2013. In Australia he worked as a winemaker for McWilliams and Pernod Ricard, then for Giesen in New Zealand. He also has extensive international experience, completing four vintages in Burgundy (France), along with vintages in Tuscany (Italy), Napa Valley (USA), Niagara Peninsula (Canada) and Marlborough (New Zealand).
