Spanning over 70 hectares across 35 lieux-dits with aspects facing all cardinal points, its vineyards capture the region's full diversity, resulting in wines of remarkable depth and complexity. The house exclusively produces Grand Cru-rated cuvées, from the approachable Cuvée Brut Réserve to the acclaimed Cuvée Les Echansons, ensuring excellence at every level. Beneath the village of Mailly-Champagne lie five stories of hand-dug cellars, built over 30 winters by its grower-owners, where gravity-fed production enhances the purity and precision of the winemaking process.
