You pick up a smooth, flat stone, feeling its texture and with a flick of your wrist, the stone glides across the water's surface, making a soft ‘plip’ as it skips. In that moment, you connect with nature, feeling part of the water's rhythm. Produced from renowned vineyard sites across the Limestone Coast, these wines deliver flavoursome varietal expressions.
