Straw-yellow, almost coppery colour, with mildly perfumed but considerably complex aromas. Noble in style with a strong savoury texture and well-rounded palate presence, very fresh and crisp on the finish. Pinot Grigio; the’ Grey Pinot’ is derived from a mutation of the Burgundian grape Pinot Noir, brought to Italy in ancient times and which preserves almost all of this red grape’s features except colour.
